Volume 01  ·  Issue 01

A Quiet Practice for Your Credit File.

Heritage credit monitoring for the household that prefers a periodical to a pop-up. We watch the three bureaus, file disciplined dispute letters where the record is wrong, and send you a careful note every month. Published from Fort Wayne by Diana Haley.

A Note From The Editor

Most credit help arrives as a sales pitch. Ours arrives as a letter. We believe the credit file deserves the same patient stewardship a doctor gives a chart: read it carefully, document every inaccuracy, dispute only what the record cannot support, and write down what changed. The work is unhurried, the cadence is monthly, and the result is a credit profile you understand rather than one you outsource.

The Black Diamond Promise

We do not promise fake results. We review, educate, challenge inaccurate information, and help you rebuild with a real plan.

A Note From Diana

My Promise to Every Household

When you submit your file to me, I read it the way a librarian reads a returned book. Carefully. Page by page. I look for what does not belong: a paid account still marked open, a duplicate collection, an address that was never yours.

Then I write. Not a template. A specific letter to the bureau that holds the record, citing the specific provision they are obligated to follow. We do this each month for as long as the record needs correction.

You will hear from me, in plain language, every step. That is the practice. That is the promise.

The Black Diamond Guarantee
90

A Ninety-Day Practice. A Promise to Match.

If, after ninety days of disciplined monitoring and dispute review, your credit file shows no measurable movement on items eligible for correction, we will refund the full ninety days. No fine print. One household, one promise.

A Reader Writes
Diana sent letters where everyone else sent invoices.

We tried two larger services before finding Black Diamond. Both promised speed. Neither read our file. Diana actually read our file, found a paid collection still listed open, and corrected it in the first dispute cycle. We were not a portfolio to her. We were a household.
